My favorite MTF is Lambda-5 "White Rabbits". They deal in reality benders and unstable reality. Also an SCP. SCP-2446 to be exact.

One of my personal favs is MTF-Omega 9 “The Scrubs”, basically a team of 3 Quake players who got stuck in the game and their characters manifest in the real world. They previously were designated Keter until communication was established between the Foundation and the players, who were trapped in a void with just their computers. They eventually agreed to become a task force that can be remotely deployed nigh instantly and are effectively immortal, and highly effective. However, they only agreed on the condition that they wouldn’t be used against any human or humanoid targets.

"Hammer Down" is my favorite codename and one of my favourite MTF units as they truly live up to that name. They're the guys you call when other MTF units fail to contain an SCP site. The most interesting MTF to me is Omega-7 "Pandoras Box" - which uses humanoid SCP allied to the foundation and was the reborn version of MTF Alpha-9 "Last hope". The most prominent members of this MTF were SCP-105 (Camera girl) and SCP-076 (Abel).

My view on the nine tailed fox has shifted from “oh yeah they’re scary” to “they’re all wimps” after playing SCP:SL 💀

fun fact, guards in the SCP universe (or at least some renditions of them) are actually drawn from the best of special forces units while most MTFs draw their troups from the best of the guards

Yeah my MTF team I use for writing what I HOPE will be a series called "MTF Cadets" has three specialist trainees, two of which were promised to MTFs you mentioned in this clip. Marie is promised to the Maz Hatters. She comes from Fort Detrick and becomes team leader when they graduate. Her background is in emergency planning, with numerous published papers on non anomalous end of the world scenarios and two tours in Iraq under her belt. Damascus decided to change his name when he joined the Foundation. He was a beat cop who had just made detective who had never lost a foot race with a suspect. He's promised to the Mole Rats as a courrier, training to carry supplies to MTF teams in hazardous terrain. He got picked because he successfully evaded a team sent to amnesticize him after he ended up stumbling into an anomaly that made a huge mess downtown. He managed to evade them for over a month. David was a computer wizard at the tender age of twelve. He wanted to go to college before he'd even gone to highschool, and might have been able to do it too. But his parents and teachers wouldn't let him, and turned their backs when a bully started a feud with him over being a nerd. He walked right up to a Deep Feeders dockyard and asked for a job, and when they laughed at him right out he hacked their computers, found a blueprint for a scranton anchor on their server, and built a scale model out of clay. He was made a ward of the foundation after that, now of age at 18, he's been promised to Asimov's Lawbringers. But because Anderson Robotics activity is down due to Anderson being in containment, he gets "lended" to other MTFs that need a computer specialist in the field. Their instructor is just James, no last name, no memory of who he is, an odd fellow who develops white fur or pointy ears when seriously injured. Anyone who gets close to where James came from is Amnesticized. Abel has a bit of a grudge against him and thus he gets a hard time from the more militarized MTFs, who refuse to work with him or take cadets he's trained. They don't know who he is, but they found him in an office one day with a somewhat scorched level two key card stuck to his chest, so the Foundation assumed he was one of theirs. Funny thing though, every mention of James' real name was mysteriously burned out of Foundation records, even the digital ones are scrambled. And anything that could give a glimpse of who he was before then was mysteriously blackened. Really, only the old timers like Clef and the retired Dr. Mosley are the only ones who know his full story, and they're not saying... ANYTHING.

I always had a softspot for hammer down. Just something about the thought of having an entire platoon of soldiers with the best weaponry money can (and also cant) buy. Experts in every sort of military vehicle and enough manpower to make probably most militaries except maybe the US blush in terms of shear numbers alone. Also im sure they and the GOC get along really well.

My favorite is Hammer Down. I just like a full scale conflict.

I love how when Omega-1 pops up, the message covering the operative's face says: identity withheld by order of the Ethics committee,seeing as Law's right hand is their task force, While when Alpha-1 pops up,it says: identity withheld,Level 5( level of O5 council members) classified. It doesn't explicitly tell us it's O5's people, because in SCP canon, almost everyone at the foundation doesn't even know they exist. Cool detail.

Probably the most monstrous of these MTFs that even Samsara fears are the; MTF Alpha 0 - Red's Destiny. They only answer to the 05 council and often the bodyguards of the 05 council that have higher authority than the Red Right Hand themselves. Allegedly one of them can go toe to toe against 096 in combat and defeat it with sheer superiority, was only deployed twice during the 5000 incident and the fountain of youth to take the water to the aging 05 council. MTF RESH 0 - The Hivemind. Only 3 are known members of such squad and they are known to be at the seat of each leading factions such as The Administrator's Assistant (The Moderator), 05-11, and one at the Ethics Committee. MTF Omega 0 - Ara Orun. These are ghost MTF soldiers that works with the ethics committee to basically infiltrate several sites and even went to a God's lair which was the Cicada God. They are basically the consciousness of the ethics committee to track and investigate human rights violations in the foundation itself or investigate supernatural places if need be.

Most MTF I read about end up getting surprised and annihilated by the anomalies they investigate, so I have a bit of a hard time believing that there is an active performing MTF that has never lost a member.

The one MTF that I really find interesting is Omega-1 “Law’s Left Hand” Only appears in this SCP-001 proposal. As such, not much is known about them. They appear to be the Ethics Committee’s equivalent of Red Right Hand. They are probably equal to Red Right Hand in combat prowess. Loyal to the Ethics Committee and are the designated task force for the detaining and/or assassination of the O5 Council in the event of the Council being compromised.
