Jay mataji. Sir, very useful information about scrap policy. In our country middle class family lower middle classes family not capable to purchase new vehicle and giving their son as a gift if it is running in good condition. In this type of cases they are maintaining govt norms for vehicles then it can blessings from govt to those families. Second thing is if diesel car is also maintaining pollution certificate, govt Norma's, then govt must allowed them in all cities except metropolitan city. In other city so maney industry are polluting air and govt allowed them. It is injustice to those families who has diesel car and truly maintaining govt laws for their car. I want to say that if they are maintaining govt rules for diesel car then they also permitted to run car maximum limit after passing govt rto rules. Thank you sir. You must high light this matter to govt. All middle class family say thank you sir. Jay mataji.

My 1year old car flooded recently..it is going to scrap and balance amount is paid by insurance considering car as total. So if i give scrap my 1 year old ..will i be eligible for waiver of registration fee and discout on showroom price and road tax? Or this policy is only applicable for 15 years above cars?

It appears that the information provided may not be entirely accurate. It is important to note that the current regulations indicate that the validity of a 15-year-old diesel car cannot be extended. this policy implement next year 2024.

सर जी,मैंने गाड़ी ऐफिडेविट पर खरीदी है,और 2019 में गाड़ी 20 साल पुरानी हो गई है, 2014 में गाड़ी को पांच साल के लिए extende करवाया गया था, गाड़ी मालिक के नाम है, मैंने तो ऐफिडेविट पर खरीदी है 2018 में,तब से गाड़ी मेरे पास है, क्या मै अब भी गाड़ी को 5 साल के लिए extension करवा सकता हूं? गाड़ी NCR से बाहर है।

Govt auto manufacturer ko fayda pahucha Rahi hai, is kanun ka matlab kya hai. Kis gadhe ka kanun hai yeh iske khilaf awaz uthani chahiye yeh to daka marna hai. Auto maker half rate kare vehicles ke woh bhi kare sab public kare.
