To be honest I've just passed by most of the youtube shorts, that being said this is the perfect way to use them. Man all those wound coils just waiting to be cut out and melted, perfect!

Yea, I so wish you lived near me you would have enough copper and aluminum to do a video everyday. I install HVAC and I pull out 5+ systems a week full of copper, brass and Aluminum that just get sold for scrap prices if they come and pick it up if not it sits there for a while.

I'm sure you've answered a dozen times but what kind of dumpster's you linger around to find such awesome components?

Dang, in the place where I live such places are impossible for the last 30 years, since the Union collapsed. Every bit of wire was burnt free from isolation, every transformer disassembled and every generator/motor broken down to pieces.. Everything that gets scrapped now - magically disappears without trace. And even if you find a place that might sell scrap to you, as a hobbyist - it will cost the same as brand new..
