My neighbor is moving. I've learned to not be embarrassed to dig threw BRAND NEW SCRAP and set it in my yard. I love the people driving by and took items. It was shameful what this 26 yr old was dumping everything. I gathered up the brand new shoes, boots, IKEA items and displayed them. My neighbors also helped. 95% is gone, 2 totes remain, rest is true trash. I felt so good displaying the beautiful items in my yard for free!!! Beautiful day after church this afternoon!!

Time to admit something you do which drives me crazy...opening the doors to every grill. Well, I have to also admit how wrong I was and how smart you are about this stuff. While doing a quick drive around this morning I stopped by a grill even though I couldn't take it in my vehicle. Murmured about how you always check, yadda yadda yadda. Then decided that perhaps i should also to see what was the deal. Turns out there was an almost full tank if propane in there. Now THAT did fit in my vehicle, husband was very surprised when I got home, S&P Man was proven wise, and I admitted yet again that I do not know everything. :) Thanks for teaching us all.

You need to be giving out your business card to the garage sale people so they can call you when the sell is done so you can go pick up the scrap

Your truck sound is possibly a break pad wear indicator. It's a little metal tab on the pads that rubs on the rotors to let you know it is time to replace the pads. It should only do it when you apply the brakes. If it is constant while driving, you might have a stuck caliper. You should get the brakes checked as soon as you can to prevent more damage occurring. After i typed this message, I saw you stopped and had the sound with engine off and just key on, so that could be the fuel pump...but it should not be that high of a pitch. Check that out also.

12:58 - you have to take out the copper core in those pool heaters. Prob about $40 of copper easily with copper prices the way they are.

Just a thought...the main thing that would run (and possibly whine) when the engine is off and the key on is your heater or a/c system. Check the blower (fan) and possibly door actuators (the little motors that change the system from heat to cool or outside air to recirculated air).

Hi, Paul. I used to work for my brother in his cleaning business and that floor buffer could have sold for a couple of hundred dollars used. That is primarily made for high speed buffing and that's all. I'm not sure if you tested it out or not but from the looks of it that buffs up to 700 or 800 RPM. Used, maybe $75 to$100. Possibly $125 to $200. That's just my experience with used floor cleaning equipment. Take care of yourself and your shoulder.

Also, make sure to take apart the pool heaters in the future if you can, lots and lots of copper #2 in there. Especially with copper prices so high, worth the time to take apart.

plug ends in the uk are brass so they cut of and strip the plug of its 3 brass prongs and little bit inside and chuck in a tub and weigh it in :)

Community yard sales are big things. There are multi community yard sales. I have heard of people organizing highways stretching 100 plus miles calling it "the Highway 46 yard sale" or whatever highway it's on. Sounds interesting.
