Hello scrappers and planet lovers. In this video, I scrap several electric panel boxes for loads of copper, silver, tin, brass, and other metals. I will show you how to safely and effectively identify and separate the metals in order to help maximize your profit and divert as much of the material away from the landfill as possible.

With everything going on with monetary systems, hanging onto all my copper for higher prices. Plus with brics growing in strength, we know copper will be used in the basket of commodities to back the brics currency. Copper is worth so much more than what is being paid to scrap yards from industry. Wall street derivatives are the problem, not your local scrap yard.

FYI: #1 copper 4.7 lbs., #2. copper 1.2 lbs., zinc 5.3 lbs., aluminum 2.5 lbs.

Great video. I think that I'd just scrap the breakers. It's more trouble than it's worth to re-sell them in my opinion with the shipping and all. Thanks!

You can resell the relays whole and outlets as well. Rebuild what parts you can because they will sell for more than what you can make at the recycling place.

Good day James Boy o boy a heck of alot of work. That ia mis-mas of wire in those boxes, You will have to quit your day job soon, if it keeps going like this. LOL Thanks good luck

Is each dot of silver from the contacts pure or is it just coated with silver.

The little dot on the silver looking dot is silver. These are also a good resale item, which will be worth more than silver.

The small pieces connected to box are die-cast. 1 tablespoon of zep root killer in a regular sized spray bottle. Spray onto a filed portion of the metal and it will turn black. Hope this helps
