Jesus Christ. Almost anything is a skill. B. B is tech a skill but it's easy as hell to pick up on And compared to other skills or sports it's alot easier to pick up on. If anything I'd say prepping for a show us more of a skill then lifting

@@willthomas5953 Restricting what you eat isn't a skill. Doing cardio is not a skill. The act of walking on a treadmill is a very easy skill but that's about it (unless you count the movement of a fork to your mouth as skill too lol). Yes bodybuilders are very dedicated, work ethic like no other, more so than any other sports in those regards. But skill? Exercise and holding poses is about the only skills actually involved that require decent development over time... but still doesn't compare to skills in other sports in terms of difficulty.
