good work buddy. i never flash my colored ink to a white shirt. unless the garment is dark and too lazy to make a underbase for it lol. nice channel. i miss printing.

Hey man how do I know if the print is in the same place every time? Is there a certain way to place the tee before you start printing?

You do want to make sure you load the t-shirt on correctly and in the same general area. If you load the tee on different each time then the print will be different.

I did not make the screen printer, I made the screen drying rack if that is what your referring to.

One shirt will be possible here soon. I plan on investing in processes to be able to do full color 1 off shirts for people who want samples and just a custom shirt to wear with whatever they design. Plan on launching that within the next 2-3 months

It ranges between cotton/polyester. One of the blanks I work with most is the next Level CVC 60/40 blend.

Wholesale websites, for some you need a resellers permit but a great source for free wholesale blanks is jiffyshirts.com

Whole sale distributors like S&S activewear, Sanmar etc... those places you need a resell license but one place that is great that doesn't need a resell license is JiffyShirts! highly recommend when starting out.
