In today's episode, Vijay will dive deeper into the three tools he uses for intraday trading. He starts the episode with an explanation of three tools to be used by day traders.
1) Technical analysis
2) Screen reading
3) Statistical analysis
He believes that technical analysis works best when you Keep It Simple, Stupid (KISS). He shows the chart of technical analysis with the help of the tradingview platform.
He shows how screen-reading works. He calls the snap quote window a trader's cockpit.
He believes that to earn profit intraday, a trader must be a master at using the snap quote window. He also talks about the tick list window and average traded price (ATP).
Last but not least is statistical analysis, which he calls the Matryoshka Method. It is nothing but peeling one layer after another of markets to get more and more insights. He believes that you must watch the market statistics properly on a daily basis to earn a profit. He believes that the market speaks to the trader, and the trader must learn to listen.
He quotes the wise saying…a trading profit is the most difficult easy money you will ever make.
