Well, the premise is one thing but the details that you only get if you watch it are worth watching the episode for. The premise is a setup but we watch for "how does the gang screw this up" or "how do they get out of this jam", am I right? That's what I love about the show. Sometimes the mere episode title showing up onscreen is a punchline to the opening scene.

Kaitlin originally refused the part due to extremely low pay, but eventually accepted for the opportunity. Somewhere down the line her and Rob fell in love. Kind of funny considering the character of Mac gives Dee some of the most insults about her being unattractive. Case in point, the female lead was always meant to become an item with Rob.
