The left cursor arrow isn't showing. Plus when I boot up my laptop, a Screenpad+ animation used to play before, but now it doesn't. It all happened after I brought back my laptop, from the service centre

I'm using ROG zephyrus DUO and everything is updated but the interface looks different and I don't have some of the feature like touchpad mode which is frustrating. Please fix this and release and actual update.

Does Screenxpert work with ROG ZEPHYRUS DUO 15 SE ?? Every time i launch Screenxpert the app won't open.

Asus if you are listening, make the design 3:2 aspect ratio (perfect for creators who this is aimed at). Remove the bottom bezel of the second screen. Both these two things will allow you to push the keyboard higher by a good few inches. Then have a 3 inch high, 7 inch wide touchpad UNDER the keyboard. This will suit left and right handers and eliminate wrist pain from it's current position.

I'm having a hard time keeping the second display completely off with no backlight...the backlight keeps coming back after sleep/wake...If I do it once and then restart PC it holds for a few days.,..but eventually comes back randomly...I don't like having an illuminated screen that I'm not using..and it's distracting at night when I'm just watching netflix on one display...

Hi. I'm looking to get the i5 version of the newer gen. Would you recommend me to buy that? I don't do any video editing, but a LOT of typing, Chrome and multitasking. Basically, I wanna know if the typing experience is great, and i5 would be sufficient for my use.

@Asus does the control panel work with Ableton Live / will it work with Ableton Live? Also, what lead to the incredibly sad decision to limit the Rog Zephyrus Duo to a non-touch main monitor? And to limit the Zenbook Pro duo SE to Intel CPUs? That's so weird! Can't you build a model with a 4k touchscreen, screenpad and Ryzen CPUs?

I own the ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 GTX3070, but I miss the touchpad mode, no update? Lets be clear that is an powerfull and logical update. It would be an shame if good touchpad features are not shared with the ROG version of thesame laptop? The three vingerpoint function is mentioned in the touch menu settings but there are no options added yet. I expect the ROG gets an update too?

well I came here hoping to find out how to use the pen with the touchpad mode and of course you can't! I can't really draw stuff with my finger all that well, this mode would be perfect as an artist tablet and I think they really really missed out on using it that way

@VirtualJunkieFilms Same to my first gen Zenbook Duo. These 2 features are missing, my guess is these 2 features are only exclusive to the newer models. Let's check with the other users and Asus for clarification.

@VirtualJunkieFilms I have the Zenbook Duo 14 first gen and while the screen pad interface updated itself, I also can't find the trackpad and control panel for adobe apps. Both these features would be very useful so hopefully Asus can clarify this.

Same over here. I own the first gen duo 14" tho, three finger touch is mentioned in the settings menu, i can't find the actual option.

@VirtualJunkieFilms I noticed yesterday that I got an update. Today when I started using the computer, the second screen acted as a trackpad all of a sudden. Since I didn't know about the update I thought is was a bug. (just got the computer two days ago) So I restarted and then it went away. Now that heard about the update I can't make it a trackpad again. Trying to find info about adobe control panel but have not been able to find anything yet.

@VirtualJunkieFilms I also think it would be weird for them to give the first gen laptops all the other new features except those specific two. Let us know if you get an answer if possible.

Just an idea: since there's a screenpad and touchscreen then the touchpad becomes redundant. Why not remove it and just retain the left and right toggles so that the keyboard can be centered. Can't wait to get this version for a much needed upgrade

what they should do is split the keyboard and have the trackpad in middle so the trackpad works for both left and right handed people and this will also eliminate the awkwardness of having the keyboard slightly off center.

Im not sure if all features told in this clip will be in the other 2screen laptop, but I think you might wanna buy zephyrus over this one if you wanted it to run well in gaming too. Zenbook duo series is still not that good for gaming to be honest

@@Karar-yn5vh Based on my 1-year usage, It is fine. I used adobe premiere pro, sony vegas, and clip studio paint and I see almost no problem with the basics creative work, but heavier on that you might see some problems. Regarding mine UX481 with only 2 GB of GPU ram. And in my opinion it is easy to carry too, in case you want to take it to café or smthng like that.

@Loki hmmm hopefully ✌️. I remember getting a "screenpad+ v2" update, but when I updated and restarted, nothing changed at all,which was a bit confusing. Hopefully it comes out for me soon cause the new changes look awesome :)

@@sanchitjain3906 In MS Store, but it can't be found with search it's hidden. You can find it in your model Driver & Tools page >> Software and Utility >> See All Downloads... In my case on fresh windows install it's doesn't work :(

How in the world does one remove or move that stupid bar that makes that part of the screen unusable? Cant even click a back button if you put a screen there. It should not be there it should be on the bottom of the screen out of the way!

Support Page: www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1044963/, I have everything but not the Control Panel or the Giant Touchpad, hopefully these features will be applied to first gen Duo devices, I don't see a reason why they can't be. Update: I got the control panel settings but nothing pops up when Photoshop opens. - You gotta make sure you have all of software in that initial support page - Go to the ZenBook Duo drivers page: www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Home/ZenBook/ZenBook-Duo-14-UX482/HelpDesk_Download/?model2Name=ASUS-ZenBook-Duo-UX482EG - Download the Control panel drivers (it will explicit mention Adobe products) - It will be a zip, extract, and run the install.bat as admin

Alright but ... support for this model is so bad ... no SSD drivers for Windows installer, no second screen app to reinstall on fresh Windows install ... Bad Asus, very bad .
