That's when you know a girl is beautiful, when her hair is wild and crazy and she's still cute.

She is wonderful in a movie called "Maria's Lovers". She has a flawless Texas accent and a very powerful pivotal monologue in "Paris, Texas". I also love "Moon In The Gutter", altho most folks hate it.

God, Nastassja! I was 13, she 15, and we had a love affair. Ok, she doesn't know anything about it, but in fact i miss her. I always thought, we came from the same planet. Where ever you are, Nastassja, know, there is a friend here in Bavaria!

I love the movie cat people, one of my favorites! But yes I must agree, she is a bit unusual and strange, but she is quite eccentric, and not shy as one can tell! Tbh she has a unique style and beauty and she flaunts it!

I love how with only a few words and a preposterous hairstyle John absolutely lampoons the narcissism and absurdity of "celebrity" by creating a reflection of the previous guest. I remember the old Letterman show used to always do just that. It always had the feel of a parody of a talk show without stooping so low to do actual parody. It had the sort of "on the fly" feel of Ernie Kovacs or Jack Parr.

Feel like telling my most humble opinion: Nastassja is&was an incredible screen natural&a great actress most of the time, also, an extremely interesting, fascinating lady, always a step above! In retrospect, however, listening to this interview has touched me deeply, and, saw how many mistakes are sometimes made "innocently": what i mean is that by simply trying to be herself, she's not being herself,but just a celebrity&fashion victim!Now, let's give her a break though, she was 21 at the time..

Lol! I was just gonna say that! "You're weird! You know that? You're really are". Like, HE'S the one weird, right? Haha! Love it! In the end, Candy does a parody of her hair! Brillant! One of the best Letterman ever! Rip John Candy.

Nurejev meets N. Kinski - artistic integrity versus arrogant presumption. Besides Cat People, is there any film NK is remembered in? Can anyone recommend one, because on screen I find her pretty pretty, although, on CAT PEOPLE the sweet sweet Annette O´Toole completely stole her show!!!
@plasticweapon6 жыл бұрын
tess? paris texas? one from the heart, in which she's justifiably recognized as the only good thing about the movie? also, nureyev couldn't act. only "artistic presumption" here is by you...

Guys, she's not eccentric, she was on drugs. Very sad to see this if you consider she was only 21.

No wonder she didn't go far, her manner is a mess. Most big stars were really nice in interviews even when very young and new. It's a professionalism that she doesn't have. She's too full of herself, thinking her looks will be enough. Well they fade and then there's just the personality.
