Puerto Rico life goes SCUBA diving off the east coast. I went out with Sea Ventures. Sea Ventures take groups on snorkeling and diving trips leaving from Safe Harbor Puerto Del Ray in Ceiba near fajardo.
We went on two dives with a maximum depth of around 70 ft. the tour operators were quite good and the experience was enjoyable.
