Why are we still talking about envoy when I don’t think insight has gone positive as the main ar in any series this stage he’s playing like accuracy rn and it isn’t being mentioned enough

Different game and feel most likely, hell Sib was great in Vanguard but he hasn't found his fire since, not to mention a messed up controller that NY is struggling to replace but that's a different story

CDL fans say anything, Envoy has a bad stretch without a doubt, but we’ve seen him pop off this year, who the hell can ultra pick up that can replace envoy? Nobody, ofc there gonna need him to play better to beat faze and optic, but there hasn’t been a player to touch the cdl who hasn’t had their woes, I’ve seen simp and abezzy struggle heavily before major 2, Cell has had bad maps, all of optic has moments were they were dropping .8 and below kds and moments where they drop 1.3 and higher, cdl same goes with hydra, Envoy is a Top 8 sub and that’s saying a lot when Simp,Abezzy, Shottzy,Pred,Hydra,the bulldog and Cleanx are in company with you, I think envoys playmaking has been the major problem, for example Abezy/Shottzy/Hydra all are primary playmakers for their teams, they gather info, pinch/make plays(take routes/extend and find first blood in S&D) and are great at playing their life making teams tweak and buying time for their teammates, Simp/Pred/Kis and imo Clean X are more just straight up aggro subs who play off intel, pressure the map, and just straight up gunny and also make plays when their team needs it. I just feel like envoy isn’t on that level of play making of Abezy/shottzy/hydra so when he struggles it effects his team more, especially when your playing against those I just named and they aren’t struggling.

Envoy always been inconsistent for me. In optic he was ehhh it just didn’t work team wise but his slaying would always fall off every year. People would put Envoy on S tier but he really a B tier player in a S tier teams which bump him up to A when he frying. To me in this perspective he would be the same on illey on there good days

Nah illey never hit an envoy like peak envoy looked like a top 5 player in mw2019 illey has never been top 10 even when lat struggled envoy still looked great he’s just has times where he’s inconsistent like in cw and this game but envoy still showed that he can be the best player on the map like when he was played faze stage 5 in Cold War
