Favorite shot? No Good Gofers, the hole-in-one. Not sure if it's fair because it's never really consistent, but whenever you do land it, it's always worth celebrating. They made absolutely sure to make it satisfying, like a real hole-in-one.

YES!!!! More videos like this please! This is what I love about pinball, identifying what is great about different machines and differentiating between titles! I could think of a bunch of different ones: best flow tables, best locks, best ramps (think you did that one already), best ending/wizard modes, best toys, best theme integration, best light shows etc etc! High Speed orbit shot when Freeway is lit. It's a spinner shot, a fast orbit and the flashers go off. Repeating that shot feels fantastic. It blinds you, but feels awesome.

Radical - Vertical ramp. How could you miss that. When that shot hits correctly it is absolutely the most satisfying shot in pinball.

My favorite shot is on World Cup Soccer '94. During Extra Ball Round. It is a timed mode to get an extra ball. You 1. Need to get the ball from the right to the left flipper. 2. Shoot the extra ball. The extra ball in WCS is at the EXTREME top end of the playfield. It is a long, long shot. When you nail it, it is so gratifying.

LOTR left ramp shot, when you nail that shot the ball is back at your left flipper before you can blink and it feels like butter.

Waterfall ramp in Whitewater, especially getting all 3 to hit triple jackpots during multiball. Good to see it on the list, my favorite shot in pinball by far. The volcano ramp through the pops in Congo is also pretty fricken great, my number 2. The spinner on meteor is great, but I would put the spinner on 9 Ball ahead of it. Agree with the whirlwind super jackpot. Greatness. Hilarious to see how you guys came around to deadpool, I remember commenting on your review video back when it came out and told you that the shot worked when you were poo-pooing it a bit about how it was unreliable.

Fish tales ripping the boat shot back and forth in a figure 8, especially during rock the boat mode...nailing that shot till monster fish starts growling at you then nailing the monster fish..thats pretty damn satisfying. Also anytime you hit the supercharger in The Getaway.

Attaboy Zach!!! Meteor was my first and favorite game. I have a soft spot for Meteor but you are correct about that spinner. It's the best spinner shot in pinball history and I'm glad you have seen the light. What great games these early Sterns were!

Great video guys! Two of my favs you didn't mention are Lawlor games. The super jackpot in Addams Family and the player piano in Twilight Zone. I LOVE the "clunk" of the ball going in the piano when it's lit followed by the player piano music. Even better is when you hit for a jackpot. Even better when you hit for a double jackpot with the power ball! Mmmmm it is a delicious shot made of butter!

The middle Spinner on the old Gottlieb machine, Pro Football! Watching those little footballs light up all the way up the field, resulting in a TD (assuming you got enough power into the shot) feels SO goooooodd!!!!

Bride of Pinbot: Metamorphosis

Black hole gravity tunnel is a nice one of things to come. Strange world replay kick out on the left-side is awesome... so close, but so far, and cycles lit replay based on targets hit. Cheetah horseshoe when extra ball is lit. T3 'B' ramp shot. Ball lock shot in AFM or MM, pretty much the same, so easy but frustrating at the same time. High Speed (credit to the original Steve Ritchie shot), third flipper up the ramp :)

I really did enjoy this video. Thanks for fighting for the hyperspace shot, it's extremely satisfying, although one shot I get more irritated with than most. It adds to why I really do love that game. In the realm of satisfying shots, I am thankful for the meteor spinner, great spinners make the game! I personally enjoy the lit spinner on Firepower or Bally Eight Ball. I noticed a theme with some of the upper flipper shots, I think some time spent on Dr Who, shooting the loop ramp you would learn to really enjoy the left upper flipper. 😎 Can I get some love for Roller Coaster Tycoon's Super Jackpot shot? That's just a tight, important shot on any I've played. If you get a chance, let me know how you feel about the looping spinner ramp on Deadpool Premium/LE. It's fun to get that loop going too! As previously stated, the Hole in One shot on NGG is one of my favorite shots, and a shot that really drove my to be a better player.

Doing multiple shots up the center making the cool noise if you alternate right. There’s so many more

Gonna go way old school. A trap then backhand shot from the left flipper to the left spinner on the old Bow and Arrow game. I could get the analog scoring wheels to jam with that shot. I've been playing pinball since 1970. I used to get 3 games for a quarter in those days.

know this is older, but Elvira HOH has so many good shots. The ramp shots are so smooth and good... It's my current favorite game and I own GNR LE and Wonka CE.

The Star Wars Premium/LE Hyperspace Hurry-Up shoot needs defending?! Shooting multiple balls into the loop is amazing! And how about stacking the HS HU shot with the Destroy the Death Star shot! I wish every pinball fan could experience it. Hats off to Steve Ritchie and Dwight Sullivan!

The million point shot in Comet. First million point shot in pinball. Love the light show when you hit that shot and the bright lit display segment that shows ya hit it. No matter how many times I make that shot its cool... Also the run the red light shot on High Speed. the cop saying He got away and the red beacon flashing along with the playfield flashers.. woooooot

I have a deadpool pro. It does have to be set up perfectly. But some awesome shots. The right orbit to the katana combo is so nice. Makes you feel like a victorious gladiator.

Hmm...I don't know if I could rattle off ten, but my list would include Total Nuclear Annihilation (Lock Shot), Metallica (Graveyard), Congo (Right Ramp), and Bram Stoker's Dracula (Left Ramp). I agree with you on Iron Maiden. The upper loop is great, and I also like the left ramp through the pops, like on Congo. Not sure it would quite make the top-10, but the jump shot on No Fear is pretty fun when you have the timing down. A lot like Insanity Falls on Whitewater. Generally there are a lot of good third flipper shots: Warp Ramp, Shadow Loop, Whirlwind Jackpot, etc. I also really like the Piano and Camera shots on Twilight Zone. Generally not a fan of dead end shots, but both of those are always fun to shoot.

The third Insanity falls shot in multiball for the triple jackpot on White Water. Nothing better.

I love the Fish Tales loops, and the Gateway 2 loop shots are nice.

I love the side-ramp on Addams Family which I think should be mentioned right along with Whirlwind. A-Fam's side-ramp shot is easier to hit (which I like because I suck) and the super jackpot shot is so great during multi-ball because of the light show. I also like shots that redirect the ball after so many shots like the castle shot and princess ramp in Medieval Madness. Redirection makes me feel like I've built up to and accomplished something.

I will also throw in a honorable mention to the reverse play field on bonus level on Haunted House. Skill shots in reverse mode were Wickedly Satisfying!!!

It would be interesting to hear your opinions when you separate this category to 1) shots that are always available (ie ramps/spinners/loops- Iron Maiden, Meteor, GB etc) vs shots that are only available at a certain point in the game (ie LOTR) LOTR center ramp shot is certainly fun but not one of the best 'Shots' in pinball until destroy the ring.

The Gem shot on Tron was completely snubbed. #borgremembers

F14 TOMCAT. Left flipper hit ball into the tunnel. Ball get shoots out fast if the tables balance you can capture the ball with the left flipper. Then repeat process rack up the kills. Then it goes into multi-ball. Then the red white and blue lights start spinning . Then General Yeager yells NO. NO. NOOOOO! One of my favorite pinball machine of all time.

CFTBL and Star Trek left ramps for me. I love smooth shallow ramps that feel like they suck the ball up.

I like the idea of the video but it’s pretty hard to pin down a single shot. I agree with the list for the most part. I feel pretty good when I make the tunnel shot on TWD or the Stan shot on South Park through the bumpers. Maybe you guys can do a favorite combo shots or hardest combo to get. I know there are some tough ones that keep buildin like in Addams or white water.

...and yes, you should have had the plunger to Katana (skill-shot) shot! It's so freakin' fast that you aren't really even aiming. You are doing it totally by feel and timing, and when you hit it, you can hardly see how it even happened as you finally register where the ball is as it heads across the wireform. That is an easy top 5 for me. (I think it is the rake/machine-angle that it's sensitive to. I got the rake dialed in and that shot (and others) came alive!)

I love Lord of the Rings, but I've never completed Destroy the Ring! In at least 100 games at arcades I've listened to Frodo groaning on the bridge a lot, and got the ball up in the Eye of Sauron a few times, but never knocked it out. "The machine blows up"? Damn. Oh, and you have to make five shots first, not three; maybe you're playing on easy setting 😉.
