I just watched a youtube video, the crafter said that to eliminate any bubbles, just put your molds into the refigerator for about 2 hours, once you bring those out, be patient & let them stand until they are at room temperature, i hope this helps. you.

It would have been nice to see how they look straight out of the oven. And I would have liked to have seen you take them out of the rubber mold. Was it a struggle? Can you still use your mold? Or does the paint ruin them? You just went a little fast for a newbie here. Thanks:)

Thanks for sharing your video, but i'm confused of the items you use, is that shiny particles a mica dust or some type of light weight glitter, also what is that greyish liquid that your using, is it a greyish glue or what, i'm referring to the little fishes mold your doing also it would be great if you could add the titles above your video for the items your using as your using them. if your speaking I can't hear it right now, as my sound is out for some unknown reason.

May I ask where I might find the rocks you used and the moulds? I'm not sure what kind of rocks or moulds to search for. Where did you find shells that tiny? Thank you so much!

At the very end you say you coated them all in clear. Clear what? How did you make the ones surrounded by a clear shape? Can liquid Sculpey be rebaked endlessly the same as polymer clay can? Do the cured liquid Sculpey charms sink or float when placed in liquid Sculpey? What about in resin?

Liked the results of this video very much. Just one point: I think it might be better to be careful about saying "bake at 300" like that since if all the Brits do that, you'll get a lot of smoky kitchens and possibly people breathing in noxious fumes. For us it's 130 degrees. If you'd said 300 Farenheit, that would have made some sense but I could see some people still just setting their ovens to 300 C.I did think for a moment that it might be the new Sculpey liquid clear needing a higher temp. (Which I don't have yet) but my old TLS says 300F or 130C - and we here in the UK are the Centigrade range figures. Just a small point in an otherwise lovely video.

franontheedge franontheedge franontheedge Probably a sensible habit for you to pick up would be to always consider that an American tutorial giving baking info would logically give American/Fahrenheit temp digits... Really not something that should be difficult for us non-Americans to logically grasp 🤔

She verbally says 300... but it cuts to written directions at the same time and on those written instructions it says 300F... although I have to say I agree with the other comment. Common sense goes a long way.
@LouiseFranksArt
@LouiseFranksArt 5 жыл бұрын
I don't think my oven even goes to 300C lol. In any case though, when following any instructions from an American person, I always expect imperial measurements. So, if an American person said "300" I'd just assume automatically that it was 300F.
