Makes great sashimi. The Koreans love making it part of sashimi boards. Also, how do these guys only corral one thing without other fish and crustaceans becoming part of the catch?

That yellow line is a breathing tube for a diver. He's hand-picking them and putting them in the net. They aren't casting out a net or dragging a net.

A lot of divers use drysuits but we use wetsuits :)

Pretty sure there’s an internal tube of muscular meat that you slice up and cook and eat. Don’t think people eat the slimy outside like you see.

they're good. Its kind of like jellyfish texture. Don't eat the slimy part. The inside is white, semi-transparent and thats whats edible.
