Hi Darren , cracking footage mate .. the sea did look really bassy like .. just a bit too lumpy .. I had same conditions on duridge bay early last month and same as you my gear was getting brought straight back in .. I used 4 and 5 oz watch leads and 4 oz spiders but still no good .. bit ironic as lad beside me was using a 10ft , 3lb test curve carp rod .. little single hook paternoster rig on 1 oz lead and he pulled in a few small schooly bass and a lovely turbot .. was over 2 lb … and there’s me blanking watching a dog pissing on me box 🫣 like you say we all have to share the beach but a lot of dog walkers and surfers don’t seem to have the same view ..

By the way Darren I’m not on Facebook but if you do wana meet up for a bit craic while fishing leave ya email address and I’ll drop you an email .. maybe meet up one weekend up Cambois , duridge or seaton sluice ..

Thanks Mark, for your continued support. Aye, the dogs... I love em, it's the owners I am not so keen on, well the small minority anyway. It was an amazing morning fish or not. I did go back out in the afternoon which will be up at some point.

Firstly thank you for watching! I have the seat box conversion. I don't think the wheels would suit the terrain up here, for the most part anyway. 👍

Thanks.Just wondering how it worked.Found the details for the conversion.First thought it may have an extending handle.Use a trolley type arrangement for my boat fishing gear hence the interest.
