I've got a 1999 Ford F150 V6 with 260k miles that I use for a daily driver now after it sit for 10 years. I put a new clutch, pressure plate and clutch cylinder in it as for the reason it got parked in the first place. Put new tires on it, changed the plugs, wires and fluids started driving it and the #3 cylinder started missing the first week. It coded being the fuel injector so I ran a name brand fuel injector cleaner threw it and it didn't clear up so, I figured I was in for a weekend job changing injectors but, I decided to try Seafoam after a friend suggested it. I put a bottle of the Seafoam in my tank with half a tank of fuel drove it about 10 miles and it didn't do anything. The next day I drove it about 30 miles to work and it missed all the way there. Got off work 10 hours later started it up to go home and the miss was gone. Cleared the Service Engine light and it hasn't come back as of today and 60 miles later. I'm shocked it worked, I have 3 other fuel injected vehicles and the wife's vehicle so I'm going to start running a bottle threw them twice a year now in hopes it keeps them cleaned out. My 2017 Jeep had an injector caused miss last year and the Dealership charged me $480 to replace that one injector, I suggest cleaning your injectors at least twice a year.

You probably had a dirty sensor and the Seafoam cleaned it. Nice, it worked.

I use seafoam or some other top of the line fuel cleaner every 2 or 3 fillups, definitely feels like it runs smoother, especially after the first time you use it

My 2000 Ranger runs smooth as glass since I did this.

I took my IAC off and cleaned the carbon out of it. I have an 03 Lariat with the 5.4, it would sometimes run down to 300 rpms and shut off, it usually runs around 650 rpms.

Looks like he drove it 110 miles or about 1/2 tank of gas before last minute of video update

I havent tried Sea Foam. I always end up building the engines or at least a new head gasket on most of the cars I work on.

You know if Seafoam can Clear my Check Engine light

Mine did the same thing but I have loss of power , everytime I accelerate it takes off super slow then feels like it wants to die

Mine has a rough idle and when you barely hit the gas it is rough , if you put your foot in it it clears up. So I’m gonna try this , change the IAC or AIC , (that thing) if needed , PCV and associated hoses and grommets small stuff like that and see if it helps , just bought a 2003 F250 4x4 with 258k on it
