One thing I LOVE about this recipe is that you DON’T use pork (I’m lacto-ovo-veg-sometimes pescatarian) and you use unconventional herbs. Always love seeing new seafood here. Simple tips like shelling shrimp is also stuff people don't know. Fennel with seafood is a really good tip. May take some other flavors to blend well, but it's a good one.
