Interesting! The only Tianjin "Seagull" watches I've seen have two lines of text on the lower half of the dial, and a solid case back. This one looks like one made by one of the many companies licensed to produce a version of the Seagull watch, but still containing the same Venus 175 / ST1901 movement. Is "Red Star" one of those companies? The price of the Tianjin Seagull is twice what you would pay for a licensed version. In any event, still a very cool watch. The brass is a nice touch. Some clarifying details would be great 👍.

Also appears to have the "goose neck" for finer regulating. Nice.
