One of the first things I noticed is how clean and orderly everything is. Food is not sloshed and wasted all over the place. That's the main grip I have with most wok cooking videos. I would never eat anything from most if not all street wok food venders.

It is amazing to see how our food is produced on such a larger scale. I was very impressed with how they handled the food and the cleanliness involved which is so important in food preparation. I would've loved to know the ingredients they used in the preparing of some of the items shown but overall a wonderful video. Those dumplings looked delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Love chinese food and fried noodles are always my favourite but not limiting myself only to this dish as other are fantasic too! Trying to make chow mein at home sometimes but never taste anywhere close to takeway one. What should I use in this dish for seasoning ? I put garlic, ginger(tried both powder or fresh)white pepper? soy sauce , oyster sauce and it seems I am lacking something here 😢 Please help ! Anyone ?

My mom always save the extra broth from when she's cooking beef/chicken/meatballs, and use it to cook the chow mein (in my house the noodle is a bit wet). Other than the ingredients you've mentioned above, she also use some other sauces (soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, saos raja rasa) but I'm not sure if you also have it in your country. I'm not sure if it's just because of my own mom's food, but the final product taste so good 🤤
