My top heroes of DCEU are Superman and Peacemaker but Rick Flag had such a good redemption from Suicide Squad to The Suicide Squad. Joel Kinnaman was great and his friendship with Harley was sweet .

Yeah number 1 has to be peacemaker for sure He’s consistently well written and John gives a great performance as the character. The comedy for him strikes well and so does the emotional moments No other dceu character comes anywhere close to peacemaker. He’s gotten the best development out of any of them

*My 10 Personal Favorites:* *10. Captain Boomerang* (C-list supervillain, A-list douchebag, and that's pretty funny.) *9. Atom Smasher* (A little too similar to Spider-Man's role in Civil War, but his doofiness makes him stand out just enough.) *8. Harley Quinn* (Harley was a standout in her first two appearances, but her most recent appearance detracts from the other Suicide Squad members.) *7. King Shark* (Hilarious, but prefer the Ron Funches version.) *6. Vigilante* (The 2nd funniest psycho in the DCEU.) *5. Ratcatcher 2* (The only openly decent human being on the Suicide Squad.) *4. Doctor Fate* (Hands down the most comic-accurate character in the DCEU. What a badass.) *3. Peacemaker* (He went from a hilarious mid-tier character in his first appearance, but he has more layers than any other DCEU hero.) *2. Shazam* (A relatable character who undergoes a genuinely satisfying arc.) *1. Polka-Dot Man* (The standout character of the best DC movie in decades, HELL YEAH!!!)

@@TheManOfTomorrow I'm a fan of Aquaman, Flash, and Wonder Woman, but they didn't make my top 10. Batman is a mixed bag for me, because of how he's portrayed pisses me off due to a lack of seeing him reach that point, but I love Affleck's performance. *However, Snyder did Superman so dirty, it was as bad as Deadpool in X-Men Origins.*

I feel like Hawkman wasn’t really given much of an arch or development. What even is his motivation in the film. What’s his backstory. I don’t think that information is entirely necessary for a black Adam movie but it’s definitely holding the character back in terms of ranking

cyclone is heavily Underrated..I liked her and Hawkman or whatever was amazing especially his suit and Dialogues...I wish In the black adam sequal(which They have confirmed) Will give Them a Proper Backstory

Personally my favorite DCEU hero is Peacemaker. I love Cena's performance and is probably my favorite of the DCEU. I love how his character went from this piece of crap with no heart and goes to this piece of crap who has a heart. Who deals with lots of crap in 1 season: Dealing with the death of his brother, killing his dad, dealing with the betrayal from Adebayo and his romance with Harcourt. I just really loved his character and think he's the best

towards the end of suicide squad 2016 rick flag destroyed the device that would blow off their heads but they still then fought anyways to save the city not because they were being forced to but because it was the right thing to do so i think they then count as heroes

I personally don’t have a problem with you not having Suicide Squad characters on here as I think they are a separate list. But by your own rules every Suicide Squad member from 2016 also qualifies. Flagg broke the tablet controlling the bombs. They were free to go and all chose to continue.

If you like dceu superman,I promise you will love smallville,please watch it if you haven't already,it's the best superhero man origin in my opinion,it's 10 seasons of supermans origin story,his arc with his 2 father's,his arc with lex,how he went from Lana Lang to Lois lane,I would love a ranking of smallville seasons,also there are a bunch of little cameos and teaser for a bunch of superheroes,as far as I can remember there have been cameos of flash aquaman and cyborg,also in some of the later seasons there is the justice society of America too,also the first live interpretation of Dr fate

Great list Sean! As a point of reference, I have not yet seen Peacemaker or Black Adam so I can’t really comment on where I would fit those characters… For me I would have to go for the original trio of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman! However I do also really like Aquaman, Cyborg (Only in Zack Snyder’s Justice League!) Shazam and of course many characters of The Suicide Squad!

Interesting how I like the Birds of Prey movie a lot less than you but like the cast a lot better I think Black Canary is the best character and clearly should've been the lead, and I loved Enchantress' overly grizzled to the point of comedy schtick once I realised it's supposed to be a schtick.
