@InItLearning - This is really amazing! Solves a lot of my troubles! Question - What if I want to get the output as the exact first keyword found. In your case if I want the output to be word "Laptop" if found and blank if not found. Basically search for the keyword in the string and return the work "laptop" or "mobile" or whatever from a second table? Is that possible (without having to create separate columns for each keyword? Can you please let me know how to go about that?

Hey Mate! This formula work perfectly fine. Could we return value like the words with coma separated which are available in the data. Like in your case Laptop, Webcam instead of Yes and no. Thank you
