@InItLearning - This is really amazing! Solves a lot of my troubles! Question - What if I want to get the output as the exact first keyword found. In your case if I want the output to be word "Laptop" if found and blank if not found. Basically search for the keyword in the string and return the work "laptop" or "mobile" or whatever from a second table? Is that possible (without having to create separate columns for each keyword? Can you please let me know how to go about that?

Explanation starts at 2:30: 1. Duplicate the Powerpoint file 2. Change its extention to .zip 3. Within the zipped folder, navigate to ppt > media. This is where all the images are.

In case it helps anyone else, the image didn't change for me until I copied and pasted the image again, AFTER creating the link. So I followed all the steps and the image didn't change. I copied and pasted the image, and the new copy of it would change with the dropdown, even while the original one still wouldn't.

Okay, but do you know how you would do it if it were the other way around? If say, you were wanting everyone labeled "Level 1" to be transferred into the other workbook in different rows with their information? I'm really trying to figure out how to do this for a spreadsheet at work. We enter someone's name in one workbook with the information of their purchase order, and I'm trying to figure out how to make that automatically transfer to a different workbook in a worksheet that's labeled in their name so each of them can see what they have.
