Join me and Matt as we search another beach looking for things that may have washed out of the bank or been uncovered in recent storms. This is the same beach where i found the bone that looked a little humanish. The next video will be metal detecting this beach!

That's exactly what it is. The electrician would drill holes in the studs and rafters and route the wires through these ceramic insulating tubes.

@@Preturbed I used to live in an old house built in the early 1900's. It was a two story house and all the crawl spaces had these insulators with the old fabric covered wires. I'm sure, (hope) that newer wiring was installed. The home was moved from old L.A. to Downey CA around 1938. It has since been demolished and new homes/apartments built on the site.

Nice place to be in this weather, and yes, your right the wire had an insulator on it they drilled a hole in the stud or joist and it was pushed in to keep the wire should it get hot from contacting the wood. Seems like a good place to use a shaker tray.

There a cliff on the oregon coast, i remember there were so many fossils i found a few just by accident, mostly shells from what i saw but it must have been at least a 50 foot cliff. So easy access to old layers. Freshly exposed by the tide. It was about 15 years ago i think after a big hurricane because we also found a giant spool from somewhere foreign that washed up.
