In this episode of my month long fishing tour of South Africa I am exploring the central Drakensberg. I decided to look for fish that are not the typical fish caught in the Drakensberg. Trout is the main target species in the Drakensberg but I decided to target Bass, Carp, Yellowfish and Bluegill. The fishing was tough and I fished hard till well after midnight each night. This was has great potential for a freshwater fishing destination in KZN, South Africa.
