Great video. Love Big falls. Made my first trip in 2006 and make my way back every year. That was a shore lunch.

Ah..such temptation and it will probably remain that way.... Trout fishing in Ireland and saltwater in Mexico may get in the way. Lovely to see these fine fish andcyour methods. So I wouldnt need to pack my 15 footer and ten weight and Willie Gunns and Stinchar Stoats? Simon Artley Mancheater UK

@@tightloopstightlines Well I,ll be wading and casting with them on the historic River Tweed here in early April and a 1 inch or longer Brass or Aluminium yellow and black hairwing pattern such as a Gledswood or Garry Dog...Hopes of a springer...up from the North sea 10 miles away. Would love to try the "dry fly" bomber method...such a contrast to here. The only dry fly fishing will be for trout rising to early hatches of large dark olives ..usually in the afternoons. It will still be cold with often a north east upstream wind ..wind from Norway... the ghillie might take me out in the boat..Scotland on the left bank England on the right

Did you go with a guide? I thought you need a guide to fish for salmon in Newfoundland? Headed up there tomorrow so trying to figure out all the rules.
