Super Animal Royale is a top-down multiplayer survival shooter for up to 64 endearingly deadly creatures. Engineered to charm and trained to kill, Super Animals are cute enough to make you go “Aww” and deadly enough to make you go “Ahhhh!” Select your favorite from a menu of foxes, pandas, kitty cats, and other bloodthirsty beasts, and parachute into the ruins of an ill-fated safari park to fight off a lethal barrage of bullets, explosives, and silly dancing.
Enjoy carefully balanced run and gun gameplay combined with an intuitive fog of war system that restricts a player’s view to line of sight, allowing for sneaky, strategic play. Matches are a brisk 6 minutes, so you’ll never be out of the action for too long. Explore a beautiful 2D world, inspired by classic top-down adventure games. Cut tall grass and loot abandoned structures in search of the guns, bananas and health juice you’ll need to reach the top of the food chain.
Super Animal Royale is published by Modus Games and lovingly crafted by Pixile Studios, an indie game studio spread out between North America, Europe and Asia.

The tent redesigns will be interesting, especially without being able to hide in blind spots anymore to recharge

The tent redesign is kinda "meh." You can't really use it to hide, so they're now essentially just rebel crates with a cover.

I love that the music for this event is the main theme but now reputicating the stock free medical/healthcare music you'll hear in commercials and guide videos! 😂

I’m so happy the max amount of presets was increased. I can continue to play dress up with my animals! Now if I could ask for one more thing, it would be a new inventory UI. With all these new awesome items coming in, it will be tedious to scroll through them all. Some organization like putting similar items into folders (T-Shirts in the T-Shirt folder) or any other ways to make it easier to navigate would be extremely exciting

Very neat! This is an update i'm excited for! 2 updates I hope to see in the future of this game is a new Lobby background, kind of like how Rocket League and Fortnite change there's every season. I'd also like for the Hitboxes to be fixed on The Bwoking Dead, since there pretty broken and you can get hit from the chickens from _miles_ away. Nonetheless I'm very excited about this update. :)

Oops, good catch, the patch notes actually come out at the same time as the update on Tuesday so we'll be adding them to the video description then! We decided to try out publishing the developer overview video a few days early before the update rather than on update day this time as a bit of a preview. -Michael
