@@Trickstini what does this have to do with anything? That’s the “single minded fury” rune. Entirely separate from “frenzied assault”. Meta read off the frenzied assault rune, and stated that it was for dual wielding, and pvp, when it blatantly says it’s for 2h, and would obviously therefor benefit 2h pve (this was literally added as a talent in later expansions to do just that). So my previous comment/correction is still dead accurate. Also, I don’t make the corrections to be a Dick. I’m a long time supporter of meta, and he’s actually supported my meme builds by shouting me out. Just trying to help get the proper info out there for people 😊

@@Sathinrah I don’t like melee combat, and I want something that doesn’t take away my healing mana. So either a wand or a free wrath is perfect for Resto Druid.

The druid ability doesnt interfere with poisons. So neither horde or alliance rogues need to worry. Shamans will probably use the threat reducing air totem instead of winfury in raids.

I dont think this is going to be anywhere near balanced. Its just going to completely flip the meta in a way that will make the game feel fresh.

Shadow form isn't unlockable at 25 anyways. There are likely to be future runes to update this when it becomes a viable playstyle

Runes are swappable any time out of combat so that will help to allow you to have multiple play styles as well. I know they did mention at the very least decreased cost of respec

I'm a bit worried for resource management as well. Imagine if the armor doesn't get upgraded much in terms of stats, yet we get so many more abilities. It could become a 1-shot festivity in PvP, and an oom fest in PvE.

I think it's possible pre level 25, as long as you have discovered the right runes with which to do it.

What rare combo? Warlocks need Meta rune and Shamans theoretically dont need anything, they are able to tank in classic anyawys

Classic is not perfect. I want changes in classic. A lot of QoL and classes changes can make it much better then Vanilla.

@@Niterayde That won't ever happen. Buffs are group wide and there are widely different strengths and weaknesses. And thats a good thing. The ultimate concept of "bring the player not the class" means that EVERY class is copy paste but different colors. You wouldn't want that

It is an isolated game mode parallel to other iterations of classic. You won't transfer your chars to tbc or any other expansion and there is no such thing planned for anything but vanilla.

Clearly they should give druids paladin specific traits as well to balance things out

A lot of streamers have already said they're rolling Horde(at least for NA), so I doubt it since a ton of people just follow their favorites.

@@Shiftlinkage101 Not sure what streams you are watching that say they are going Horde but from all the big ones I watched they are are Alliance. If the streamers you are talking about have small followings then that won't matter as they have little influence.

We can only guess at the moment, but I think lone wolf is best paired with ranged abilities from the looks of it. In a raiding scenario I think you have two choices to make. Either use your runes and talents in a way to make your pet survive, or except it to die anyway and just use lone wolf. If u you play melee hunter at lvl 25, i think you are better of taking the master marksman rune instead of lone wolf. When you pick a certain rune, you dont want to take away value from others.

@Kells-vw9ck I think you misunderstood. I'm if they want to introduce DH and DK it should follow the same logic as Pally Shaman where they're faction specific. They don't need to make a new starting zone they can literally just use the racial starting zone of Undead and Nelf and just add a trainer and small quest lines for landmark levels. (Not that any of it would make sense from a lore perspective) but it would still be fucking cool.
