I’ve been “unfortunate” to be in a wheelchair for over OOOOOO 14 years now and this is my absolute bestest morning yoga ruteen ever she is amazing and I can now stand up independently for the entire length of Queen Bohemian Rapsody

Thank you for creating this lovely seated yoga video. People living with disabilities are often forgotten when it comes to exercise. We want to stay as fit and healthy as everyone else. I’m hoping to see more of these seated videos. Xoxo

Hello Ashley ❤️ Your upper body flow has been my go to!!! Thank you for sharing.i broke my 5th Metatarsal at a wedding dance 3 weeks ago. I'm normally do yoga and walk and bike. I am missing my independence to say the least. I look forward to this practice you offer hear on a daily basis. It has blessed me and helped me get through my long days. Thank you

I'm recovering from a fractured femur, had to have a rod put in. This video has boosted my recovery so so much. I'm able to get into the shower and bathroom now because of the work on twisting and bending. The breathwork has been fantastic for me mentally as well. I modified a few poses. I braced my hips with one hand on the chair on any twists or side bends. I also use a blanket in my lap when doing forward folds to kind of insulate the surgical hip. I can touch my toes now! Thank you so much for making videos like this. I shared with my physical therapist. I can't believe a lot of practitioners don't know about wheelchair yoga. It's a game changer

I too fractured my femur and have a rod and pins by my hip. I read comments before doing the video and yours inspired me! Thank you and I hope you are healing or all healed! I am 4 weeks from surgery and needed something. Ashly, you are an awesome teacher! Thank you

This video is awesome, I have a neurological disorder and trouble with balance, weakness and mobility. This video was gentle enough I felt confident but through enough that I felt it made a difference. Thank you! It’s so challenging for people with mobility issues to remain strong and keep the body healthy, I’d love to have more of these videos from you please. Anything without bending the head low and with the support of a chair or wall with weight supported would be amazing!

Thank you for creating these seated workouts! I sprained my MCL & ACL 3 weeks ago and have been frustrated with not being able to exercise. I did your seated upper body workout this morning and it was great. Super happy to see this yoga sequence! I will do it tomorrow!
