I really appreciate all the content on your channel! I have done reformer pilates off and on, and then most recently I had a pilates app subscription, but I did an expenses cull and that went. So I've been LOVING your channel and all the short accessible workouts. I try and do one workout a day, most days, and I like the variety of pilates/strength and cardio. I should do more of the yoga...but my body just loves gentle strength training. So THANK YOU!!

This is by far my Favorite work out to date! 🙌 It challenges me , Has me huffing and puffing and sweating each time! 😅 I've lost count how many times I have done it, However each time is delightfully challenging..... I am only using 2 x 3 kilo weights !! 😳😬 No way could I do it 2 x 5 kilos ! I have been doing your workouts quite religiously ~ I've become a little addicted... I think 👌😁 Over the past four months .. It has Positively impacted my life physically & mentally for the better. 💪 I thank you immensely 🙏💜🌻
