1 cup of rice to 10 cups of water or broth! (Poured in gradually) If you make it at home, you will have so many portions and you can dress up each bowl individually with whatever you want! I usually throw ginger into my mine while it’s on the stove, then soy sauce, kimchi, cilantro, green onion and soft boiled eggs! I know you love to cook!
