suggestion: maybe add clips of the neighborhood as you talk about them? that'd help out a lot. Great video!

Like your content! So many great neighborhoods in Seattle. In graduate school at the UW 2007-2010 I lived in Montlake, Wedgewood, and the Central District, each with it's own unique flavor. We moved back to Seattle from Olympia in 2013 and lived in a rental in Fremont (bordering Ballard- Frellard). When we were looking to buy in 2014 I was working in Ballard, one infant, and another on the way. We were thinking/hoping Ballard, Phinney, Fremont, Queen Anne, Greenlake, but our realtor surprised us by suggesting Magnolia. We landed there and could not be happier with this hidden Seattle gem! Quiet small town feel, good schools, Discovery Park, and yet 10 minutes to Ballard, 15 minutes on a direct busline to downtown. Of course, prices have skyrocketed since we bought (our house has more than doubled in value and there are NO single family homes in ANY Seattle neighborhood for what we bought ours for). Even though we have been able to leverage our substantial equity for renovations, we could not "sell up" in our neighborhood and it's sad to think that we (and our friends) would be priced out of our neighborhood, our block, our city if we tried to buy now. Any thoughts on the affordability crisis and how that will change the demographics of our city?

You’re gonna have a million followers soon enough. I hate realtor vids but yours were interesting enough to hold me for multiple vids of yours. Well produced, great camera shots, good personality and dialogue. It’s really fucking good work man.

This is so helpful! I’ve been living in Seattle from DC since Feb ‘21. I’ve been thinking about buying a condo when my lease is over or at least moving to another apartment, it’s so hard to know where to live-I love that the neighborhoods are so diverse! Your videos are very helpful!

The buses to and from West Seattle are allowed to use the lower bridge so the impact of the West Seattle Bridge being out is lessened.

Hello, my partner and I are looking into the Seattle area. We would love to be closer to light rail and bus lines which seems to be pretty good throughout Seattle. We are ages 28 and 33 and a gay couple. We currently work in healthcare. We have a dog and cat. Right now, we are planning on renting a 1-2 bedroom apartment with around 850-1000 square feet. After visiting Seattle, I really liked the downtown, Capitol Hill, and the northern neighborhoods like Ballard, Fremont, and over toward UW. The water front around Queen Anne was nice. I feel like I want to be as close to the city as I can get without going too far beyond my budget. Bellevue was nice, but it isn’t as well connected to public transit as I would like.
