Best record in MLS since joining the league in 2009. Never missed the playoffs. Never finished below the top 4 in the West. Never failed to make the conference semifinals. Appeared in conference finals in 5 of the past 8 seasons. Appeared in 3 of the past 4 finals. Head coach Brian Schmetzer has the best playoff winning percentage in league history. I'm not saying it's a dynasty, but there is definitely a strong argument for it. Everybody has different ideas of what a dynasty is, but I think you have to look at more than just winning 2 consecutive league titles. Houston did that in 2006 and 2007, but I don't know of anyone saying they were a dynasty.
