So they have time to put flags up, but the ferries have been more rusty than I've ever seen.

It was not the superbowl of soccer. It was just qualifying for it by representing this region. Sad that no MLS team could pull that off before now, and says a lot. Do you really think the Sounders will be able to beat the champions from other regions, i.e. something along the lines of Chelsea and Palmeiras (Brazil) that were in it last year? Not likely. They'll go in the record books for being first MLS to qualify, then one-and-done is most likely. Just facing facts....

It isn't a game of one race vs. another.... plenty of Latin heritage players on the Sounders.
