Under the starboard cabin. In the 3 cabin version of the 440 there is a water tank there but they omitted it on our two cabin so there was a big void. Great thing about the seawater pro is that it’s modular so you can fit it into what ever space you have

I think your one way valve should be on the carbon filter side of the T.

Could not see from your video, but I'm wondering if you left room under the pressure pump to drain the oil when you make the mandated changes.

I did, I also checked the filter height to make sure they could be replaced without removing the mounts.

Hello, I am considering Seawater Pro and I have few questions if you don't mind 1. How noisy in the system? Even under the bed, can you be in the room when the system is making water or is it too loud? 2. I would imagin the high pressure pump/motor generate heat. Yours is installed in a confined space. Is it vented? Do you have issues with heat? 3. I like your diverting valve setup. Where did you get the valve and mounting strips? Any chance for a link if it was online vendor? Thank you in advance!

We haven’t run it yet because the water quality here and we would have to re pickle the membrane. At 40 g/h the max run duration for us would be two hours, plus the gen set would be running which is co located in the back so noise is not a consideration. As for heat the volume of the cavity is plenty and there is an access port that will be open for ventilation

Thanks for the video. Did you consider putting some rubber pads for the feet of the high pressure pump to minimize vibration noise? I think many others have found that helpful and seems to be an easy modification.

Yes I did, we had a small rubber mat under it

Very nice install. Looks awesome. I learned how important a water maker is sailing in BVI 6 times. Lagoon 52 F had a great one. They have a new 440 at Sailtime in Watergate. I have sailed her (Vesper) a few times. You have a wonderful boat and wow you have added a lot of cool mods. Cheers 🥂 George
