There's a part where you and professor fig are in rookwoods Castle and he's already reached the ground, there's some boxes for you to jump on to and get down but if you miss them and jump straight down he goes "well that's one way to get down", that caught me off guard too

Its too big for a DLC in my opinion. The continuation of Sebastian’s story can be a sequel all on it’s own.

This "they're minors!" thing is overblown. First, it's fiction. Second, it's stranger to have teens with no romance than teens with it. Third, we get romance in the source series, Harry Potter, a year younger than these characters (and even hinted at another year earlier) and nobody batted an eye, because it's perfectly natural. Fourth, this concern would apply if we equated romance to sexual content right away, making it pretty telling of the worldview of people crying "they're minors!" as a response to whether there should be romance in this game or not.

​@@nefariouswatcher totally agree. I don't know why people think having romance is weird, they didn't like anyone at high school even if It was platonic? That's the most normal thing in life, and is usually really strong feelings when you're a teen. Weird would be shipping a student with a teacher, but two teens falling in love? That's just natural. I think the main problem might be that Ppl hear romantic and immediately think of sexual stuff. Either that or they had a really conservative education

Romance between characters the same age is not wrong and I hope that we don't get to miss out on better and more in depth characters and stories because people want to go to an extreme and say it's something that it's not.

You can depict romance, as long as you keep it cute and make it fit the age. Hugs, handholding and maybe a kiss or two.

Right and they are in their 5th year, meaning their 15. Thats a healthy time for kids to develop crushes. Harry had his first kiss at 15. I can see why the game developers didn’t want romance though. We have a lot story and side stuff to focus on so im not mad. Would have been nice to have the option to flirt though.

@@Kirokill1 honestly by that point of Seb's arc I was actually fed up with him. He's getting so whiney and angsty it's making me wanna wish I was with Ominis instead. Although I do understand why Sebastian is acting like that tho, being 15 and having a dying sister and getting kicked out by his own uncle. That's why I didn't turn him in to Azkaban in the end.

I thought he was genuinely pissed off at the MC when he said that tbh. It was like he was losing his patience or slowly being corrupted by what he was doing :(

The other thing is the Devs said it would be to hard to put in because they want you to play how you want >> and romance would be hard to get right cause someone would be upset they couldn't romance this character for this reason

@@OthelloSilvermoon everything i hear about the devs decisions in this game convince me that they just were being lazy. you know, this game had a budget of 150 million dollars? mass effect 3 cost 40 million to make, and that game has nearly as good graphics as this game, was able to offer more dialogue options for better role play, and had all voice actors record the exact same lines but use the correct pronouns for the character, instead of using the "they" pronoun. and it had quest that change depending on your choices and the ability to romance characters. how the fuck, can this game not do any of that with the budget they got? honestly this game is like skyrim lite. its so dull. and lazy. it feels so lazy!

I don't even think it would be a problem though. Like in some games, you have, erm, certain things you can do WITH your romantic interest, but that doesn't have to be the case. Like there'd be a kiss, if that. In Skyrim, you can get full on married and I don't even think the characters kiss lol Awkward teen dating doesn't have to get weird, you know?

@@dawnriddler no no that’s not what I mean. I mean there are grown women playing this game and grown men. The NPCs are 16 year old children. It is a little weird romancing an NPC, and for it to be a child no less?

@@dawnriddler it’s just kind of tricky. The voice actors are obviously adults but the characters themselves are students.

@@isychia4947 i don't think the voice actors' age matters tbh, but implementing it would require some sort of free communication, otherwise it would've been a predetermined story, and if they added it with sebastian, they would have to add it with everyone else, and that's a lot of work.
