That letter is so fake. A town doesn’t send someone a letter and tell them to leave. But if it ever was real, it would be Pete that would get such a letter. He’s a little rough around the edges, and I’m sure a lot of people dislike him.

Sebastian is right about the prankster. The Village of Fredonia is a government entity. The prankster likely committed a crime with writing that letter, sending the letter through the mail may take it to a federal level.

It is most likely not official. It would have been hand delivered by the Sheriff, or an official City representative so that they would have proof of delivery. They could not proceed with a legal case against you unless they had proof that you were notified in advance.

Pete ain't very smart! He has a comedy mind but lacks common sense or class! I always thought that tho often wondering how Sebastian could let him sleep over his house. Sebastian is so particular and a neat freak. (I relate to that coz I'm like that plus I'm Italian) Pete always looks dirty IMO, hair all over his neck, always high, loud & hyper! He looks homeless! His stand-ups IMO aren't funny coz he's too hyper & it takes my focus off what he's saying! He's all over the place! He makes me nervous! I cringe when I hear the way he talks to his daughter and the interactions he has with people, in general! (He's not quite the loving Dad Sebastian is!) I'm surprised Sebastian doesn't tell him these things. I guess Sebastian thinks he makes the cast funny and wants ratings... I just think it makes him look trashy hearing some of his stories! I have heard Sebastian tell him basically to dress more appropriately for the cast... I'm more surprised Sebastian is friends with him but they don't live near one another 😮 I think the letter could be real but how would the "coach" know about the other stuff mentioned in the letter!? The idiot should've kept the envelope. (Guess Jackie ain't too bright either) and at least called the number, etc. but I think like Sebastian 😂

Sebastian right - all the way - on the letter. PS can't record somebody unless it's in a public place. You have to get their authorization to record them. Take a witness, (perhaps your attorney ) take the bull by the horns and call the city, the city...Politely ask if they had sent you a letter. And if they say yes, then you involve your lawyer or offer to have a professional and adult meeting to discuss the situation. With the city not this person who wrote the letter ...But this isn't a funny prank. At all.

The best show in a longggggg time. We watched the whole show which we haven't in a long time. Listen, I confess before you started to do the guest thing I was one of those who suggested it but for my husband and I its been a fail. Nothing surpasses your original format....split screen, Sebastian at his home studio and Pete in his his. I can count on one hand the guest podcasts that kept our interest. The last one we watched we turned off after a few minutes as it made us feel dirty and sad. The only guests we need are the two of you. And btw I hope Pete gets to make an appearance in Bookie Season 3.

It’s definitely a fake letter. You should contact them pretending to be law-enforcement because it is actually against the law to portray yourself as a governmental official. They can get jail time for doing so.

Sebastian has said twice now that people like the guests but we seem to really like just the two of them. Sebastian just tell the truth. Most people hate the guests and hate the new format. You know what’s going on with the feedback, stop lying directly to our faces.
