In an interview Salgado states that "photography is my language" and I believe it is understood world wide. A life in story telling that uniquely stands alone ! Thanks for this video.

Lovely overview of the master photographer. His work has always been a favourite of mine too. I saw the Amazonia exhibition in Manchester and your quite right about seeing his images in large scale they do make you stop in your tracks and draw you in. One of my first encounters with his work was at an exhibition in Glasgow maybe 25years ago. It showed some of the images you showed in this video, the mines in Brazil & famine in Africa brought me to tears. Thank you for sharing.
