That's pretty amazing stuff. We have a tendancy in our shop to get most of the material removal accomplished before hardening to reduce machine time. But I could see in certain applications when precision is of upmost importance you would want to do it this way in one setup. That is if this material isnt already pre-hardened from the steel yard. :)

What controller does the Machine has? It moves smooth on the 3 axis toolpath with the ball endmill🤟

this is not a good demo for SECO tools you need to show off DEPTHS OF CUT and removal rate with carbide endmills!!!!!!!
