few tips... You can box up the register if you don't want to use it. You can also box up a worker, it'll still charge you the $80 but you remove him if you want to work the register. i have found it easiest to fill an entire shelf (left and right sides) for each item. having that second register will make all of your items start flying off the shelves and you will end up needing it sooner then needing new products. you make more money that way because if they cant find what they are looking for then you are losing that sale for the day. you will also lose 1 store point if they cant find what they want. i know your trying to provide content but if you can find the time to take a couple days to build up your inventory stock then you will find yourself having more money to spend on those upgrades that the store needs. also dont be afraid to order more then you need, because you have a storage room. i find myself ordering 10 of each item when i get down to a box or 2 left ill restock with another 10 boxes. Also the fridge items seem to keep if they are still in the box so you can fill a fridge up full and keep the excess in a box in the storage room.

Please save some money and fully stock every shelf before buying more licenses, I get so stressed seeing you expand without having money to stock the products you already sell.

I've noticed that the market will show all new products from a brand new license, regardless of your current filters. That's why the milk 6-pack was showing up under the "fridge" section on the computer. Once you change the filter, it sorts itself out.

Things I've learned that might help you: to idle the register, pick it up and press c to box it up again. If there is no change involved, you don't have to click the period and the 0s, you can just type the dollar amount and hit the check. If you set the pricing to whole dollar amounts, you will never have to worry about change again (I just set it to whatever the dollar amount of the market price is, but that's the way I play). You can't put the store things (shelves, the computer, freezers and fridges) in the storage, but there is a specifically designed furniture piece called the rack that makes storing things much easier, because you can set the boxes directly on the rack.

Ngl, it lowkey bothers me that the shelves are never fully stocked because there is never enough money 😅 personally, I would make money until I can afford to keep the shelves fully stocked every day, and only spend the exess money on expansions, licenses, etc.

Just a tip to get in the cash register you can enter it at any angle and get in when clicking on it. Getting out is another story haha

Fun fact, when customers pay by card you don't have to put 0 at the end. So if customer spends 44.50 or 44.00, you can just put 44 or 44.5

Everytime i use the second register, i just unpack it and place it down. And after i have finished helping this sloth out, i grab the register and press "C" to put it back in a box for later haha

just a tip, you can just click on your register to start checking out. This helps save space if you want/need it and then to leave the register area just press esc and space to jump!

I'd personally try keep track of any items that I only sell 1 of, a lot of times, because I'd put that item on a shelf next to the door/exit and cash register, so the people who only ever come in for the one thing are dealt with and have left ASAP. this only works in a game though, in reality you'd want those guys to walk passed other items so that they'd see them and the hope is they'd remember they needed something else, even if they only came in for one item, seeing the other items would get them to buy more than the one item they went in to get. so bread is at the end of the shop in reality, but in game bread wants to be by the entrance/exit and cash register.

Pasturized milk do not need cooling and is sold off the shelve. Another thing on the cc use 55 [return] instead of 55.00 or 55.5 [return] instead of 55.50 saves time.

New items show no matter the existing filter. You with have to change the filter before they sort themselves

One thing I'm curious about, at the end of the day there is a stat for "customers short changed" but what I don't see is " over charged. Please next episode try and overcharge a customer that uses debit to see what happens. (Unlimited money perhaps)

I think this game is just not for him. It's frustrating to watch him play and be overwhelmed with simple multitasking. Always complaining for every little feature to make the gameplay easier not thinking that maybe it is designed this way. Also, it seems like he hasn't been to a supermarket once in his life
