Second Eldar and Votann Wave coming for 40K? Plus ANOTHER Reveal Show confirmed!

Could New Eldar and New Votann really be on the way? Lets find out - head to comments and let the speculation begin!
Back in December 2021, a lot of leaks were posted on Discord, allegedly from a playtesting group, mere months before a new Aeldari wave released. On that list of leaks were the Eldritch Omens box contents, Plastic Shining Spears, new Guardians, and info on rules such as Strands of Fate - all of which were later revealed to be accurate.
When the big Eldar wave finally released in February 2022, there were a few other things on that leak that didn't show up, and in today's video we are talking about those missing items and that fact that just because they didn't appear then, doesn't mean they won't going forward...
Also, a new and rather cool Kroot model got revealed today on Warcom, and there's a reveal show on the way in early March.

New warp spiders and hawks would be amazing. The autarch and the Corsairs both have a warp spider like backpack so the design and sprue is there, just need the full thing now!

I was thinking about both the Votann & World Eaters the other day with the amount the Kroot are getting they NEED to get their 2nd wave launched so they look more like an army. I hope it will have also good story focus for them letting Baharroth's return give them a good victory, & with what Vash'tor did to the AI help the Leagues have getting Uthar to lead forces against him would also be epic.

Yeah the Leagues need more depth as an army for sure. I still have my army set, and have built the pioneers that’s it, as I just don’t know what to do with them.

Warp spiders still look ok. We desperately need swooping hawks.

Looks wise yes they are ok, very small though. Agreed on Hawks, they really need an update

Hoping we won't have to wait another 2-3 years for the last aspect warriors to be plastified. Fire Dragons and Shadow Spectres also deserve some love, as well as some of the very old vehicle kits. Those look fine still, but the kits tend to come out quite rough round the edges, literally. A good, new, slightly tweaked sculpt for Falcons and Vypers would pretty much round out the Eldar range for a good while... though hopefully not another 30 years like the current warp spiders though... xD Actually, forgot about the slew of old characters such as The rest of the Phoenix Lords, Yriel & Illic that need replacing too. Not quite so close to the finish line on the range after all lol.

Haha yeah you make some good points - hopefully Fire Dragons will come eventually although I think Shadow Spectres will stay as a FW kit, and they might just tidy the moulds? I’d like to see Asurmen and Baharroth before they tackle a new Illic and Yriel, I still really like the Illic Nightspear mini, it’s just a bit smaller than the new rangers. We’ll get there one day haha 😆

I think a vespid vs swooping hawks set would make sense, they seem to like mixing thematically similar units (some of the time, other combos have been rather odd). Also not sure if this is only an issue for me but neither of the links to the channels you mentioned seem to work.

@@hobbywaffle if you do remember there was a titan with four legs it was a eldar titan knight or something. well I don't have a picture but you can search its a knight eldar with bright lance

I remember those Warp Spiders from when I was a kid, so yeah definitely hope they get replaced soon, they're probably older than half the fanbase! I guess at the Warhammer World event they'll show the Ork and Custodes minis that have been teased, if they aren't shown already by then. If CSM get an army box it'll be revealed there as the last big Spring release, otherwise maybe a bit of teasing for Summer's GSC/Sisters/Redacted? Maybe the initial tease for AoS 4th edition too? 40k 10th was first teased in March last year...

Yeah possibly AoS tease, and maybe the full reveal at Adepticon. It’s nice that we are getting this reveal and Adepticon which hopefully means more to show off, and will be nice to see some teases from the roadmap as you mentioned, especially the redacted one.

I think a pretty big flaw of 10th in eldar is that a lot of our characters are epic heroes (very old models on most of them) and i would like to see GW rectify that in some way even if it's an single character who can lead aspect warriors. Along with new sculpts on very old models. But I'm not particularly hopeful

Agreed, some very neglected characters, Asurmen is another one that springs to mind, that model really shows it’s age now.

@hobbywaffle Dire Avengers are my favorite aspect warriors, and I can't really wait till they finally give Asurmen a new model so he can lead my custom craftworld to victory.
