Watchmaking Vlog Episode 20 - Documenting making my first watch using hand and manual machinery.
In this watchmaking episode I unveil the parcel that has arrived from watch material supply house. Inside a bunch of goodies, and the second wheel jewel that I will use to replace the original centre wheel jewel of the ETA 6498. I use new Seitz reamers, and they are fantastic.
I fit the new jewel in the watch, and test the wheels for engagement. Watchmaking at it’s finest.

Dude, I'm not a watch maker, but enjoy engineering and like your format. A real bonus for me is the enthusiasm you show when things go well and the disappointment, when things don't go so well. It makes the vlog more personal and I feel is better for connecting with the audience. From my perspective, please don't cut out your emotional journey in favour of a logical/educational format as I think this would detract from your presentation. Keep it up and well done!

Really like this format. It's not too short and makes me can't wait for the next one. I'm also interested in knowing the names of all parts and tools you use so if you could share that a bit more. But the concept you use for making videos now is a good one I think. Awesome progress again, keep up the good work Dean.

Very nice, you are really making good progress in the last weeks! To be honest, I didn´t really notice the last videos being "less polished". It´s the watchmaking that counts for me.
