The lesson is always take 2 damage to deal 5 unless it's going to kill you.

Another lesson would be to never chance a weak rule. I mean come on, throwing dice is 100% take :/

If you do happen to ever want to become a Bear again, you might want to take off any equipment you think might be useful as a bear, as the equipment in your backpack stays after the transformation. Imagine the terror of seeing a bear running after you with a pair of nunchucks...

I got the bear in my very first Thief run. I thought it will only last one fight. Was so disappointed when I had to complete the run with it. lol

DAMN IT RETRO YOU LEARNED THAT VAL IS RARE AND YET YOU STILL TURN IT DOWN IT EVEN WORKS FOR THE BEAR I SWEAR I MEAN IT WHY WOULD YOU PASS IT UP WHY! Great now I feel bad because the last time I got Val I actually was the bear.
