I’m building Kiki chord commander with Rocco Cabaretti Caterer. it used to be a deck in modern that was mostly piloted by Jeff Hoogland. So I’m very happy that I get to build it in commander with chord in the command zone.

Ohhh! I like that idea. With Rocco. I keep thinking about building a sub-mono W devotion deck with Springjack Shepherd as the unofficial commander. 😂

I just bought the caberetti precon for my gf. Switched some cards around, and put jetmir as the commander. This vid helps alot! I have a way better idea of what to do

Jetmir is easy! Ziatora now that was tough lol so many different ways to take that deck

Would it be bad idea to put a bunch of boardwipes in this deck? My play pattern would be like this: 1. anthem (optional) 2. boardwipe 3. x token spell / animate lands 4. Jetmir. So basically clear the path for an unexpected alpha strike. Also how good would Insurrection / Mob Rule be in this deck?

I absolutely love the board wipe into Sylvan Awakening finisher. It's brutal to play against as the opposing players. It's a solid win condition. With Insurrection / Mob Rule. I see where it could work in there too. I wouldn't go too heavy with that style. They're pretty expensive mana cost wise. But a one of in one of those cards will snag you a game win for sure!

If your goal is high volume of creatures. And Jetmir gets taxed out. It’s nice to have something to buff the board. It’s not an auto include. But if you’re building a random creature base with no tribal synergy, it can help.

I built this deck, and I guess I could be wrong but a lot of the suggestions don’t seem good at all. Most anthems don’t seem worth the cost, life gain is nearly irrelevant nowadays. A lot of the suggestions seem to mess up your curve too.

All of these 3 card presentations in the SecLab are starting points for a deck to branch out into. A Jetmir deck will definitely be very clunky if you just put all the cards mentioned in this video into one deck. What build did you go with?
