It's crazy that this season lasted so long!!! Looking back at the other fully season episodes it's an hour and a half longer than the previous longest episode and I AM HERE for it !! This season was amazing and I don't think the members hear enough how much we appreciate them!! Grian, and others, thank you for providing amazing videos for us for so many weeks. Secret Life was the type of series where I was constantly smiling despite the whole gotta kill the others to win part. Thank you to all the members for everything. If I had one negative about this season it might have been that the tasks kept the full potential of some alliances from being realized. Also for some reason I felt the world size was smaller this season, probably due to the large plains biome making each base easily viewable.

The real secret keeper was the friends we made along the way.

With yet another spectacular season of Life wrapping up, I'd like to pitch my idea for a new Life Series season - Looping Life. It'd involve all the players having 3 lives, just as usual, except, just like in Secret Life, they'd have 30 hearts. These hearts would regenerate just like normal, however, the total count of them would diminish with a rate of 10 hearts per 3 hours, or Half a heart every 9 minutes [I am personally a gigantic fan of Limited Life specifically and seeing a ''crunchtime'' mechanic come back in this new and refreshing way seems like a great idea to me specifically at least]. This series would be called Looping Life for a reason though - Every 10 hearts of the 30 would be corresponding to each of the 3 types of lives - From 30 to 20.5 hearts you're green, 20 to 10.5 hearts you are yellow, and as per usual with this series, from 10 to 0.5 hearts you would be RED and hostile. If you die, you lose 10 hearts and are thus always placed in the next color tier, and if you happen to be red, you die altogether. After death, you'd respawn once again as a green life, with 30 hearts at your disposal, but you would have lost one of your three total lives. Basically, this series suggests the 3-life system being recycled per player three times, once per life, amounting to 9 lives in total, which would definitely result in some pretty cool interractions. You're a part of the red gang and happen to die or run out of time? You're a green once again and could join your former green/yellow fellows that you had to leave thanks to being a dangerous red name. Don't want to be red? You could sacrifice 1/9 of your series' runtime by becoming a friendly green once again, even though that'd be a bold thing to do for keeping an alliance. In addition, this series could also see the return of the Boogieman - You have to eliminate a player in the session you're a Boogieman in to get cured, and if you fail to do so by the end of a session, you'd be immediately set to the next life - Loosing all 30 of your hearts. To make the series more interesting, there could be a way to regain hearts. Boogieman and red name kill giving you a heart or two (Boogieman kill could give you 3-5) in return would be a no-brainer, as well as heart gifting mechanic like the one of Secret Life, but there could also be something more unique and interesting like a mcguffin of sorts giving you a few hearts back or something like that, the possibilities are honestly endless and I'm all for creative suggestions/additions to this point. Hearts could be regained once you reach the next tier of color in your life such as from green to yellow, but to signify the different stages in life and irreversability of certain ones, you couldn't be able to go back to the previous color tier. For example if you had 18 lives and somehow gained some lives back, say via a boogiman kill, and now are sitting at 21 hearts. Normally you'd be green at that amount, but you would still remain yellow despite this fact. Same goes with Reds, we don't want them to immediately become yellow again once they kill a single player, do we? Well, that just about sums up my entire concept of Looping Life, feel free to share your opinions about it or maybe even suggests some things that could be added atop it. [I initially wrote this comment in the final episode of Secret Life, but it didn't get recognized, so... Yeah, I relocated it. I hope somebody stumbles across it and decides to read..?]

If I had a nickel for every time Grian broke a game by dying at a button, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

If grain can't come up with a new idea I say go back to the original for a throwback, imagine how different it will be with all the new stuff and skills while also having a slight nostalgic feel to it

Idea for S6: Random Life Everyone starts off with 10 lives. Each time you die, you lose 1-3 lives. When you get down to 2-3 lives, you can only go down to your red life. Boogeys involved. The gifting life feature from Last Life should also be included. Like so grian can see

There is legit not a bad season of the 'life' series. Every season has been phenomenal and I can't wait for whatever the next season brings.

In the next season I think they should fix that - Make it so that final life deaths also display in the chat box on top of the usual lightning strike.

One of my fondest memories is gonna be waking up every Friday and enjoying a slice of Caramel Apple pie as I watch the chaos unfold.

Secret Life was so heavy on Bow PVP and Sky Fights, which are the most entertaining to watch. Seeing arrows fly on both sides and having the fear of being knocked off is brilliant.

You really made something amazing this season! They've all been so great to watch and rewatch, but this was the first time that I watched every single perspective, not just 5 or 6 of them.

I had an idea for a Life Series a few weeks ago. It’s called Hidden Life, and the main premise is that everyone has something called a Heart Chest, and they have to hide it. If someone finds your Heart Chest, they can break it and a message will appear in chat. For example, the message would be “PlayerA stole PlayerB’s Heart Chest!” if PlayerA broke PlayerB’s Heart Chest (HC). If your HC is not placed, your name color is black. At the start, everyone has 9 lives. Your name color is cyan if you have 8 or 9 lives, green if you have 6 or 7 lives, yellow if you have 4 or 5 lives, orange if you have 2 or 3 lives, or red if you have 1 life. If your name is red and you die, you are out. If your name is black and you die, you lose 3 lives instead of 1. The player who killed you also gains 1 life. It is possible to have more than 9 lives, and your name is blue if you do. There are 2 special roles in Hidden Life, the Boogeyman and the Tracker. The Boogeyman has the ability to, when they kill another player, track their HC for 10 seconds. This ability is active for the entire session, not just for their first kill. The Tracker has the ability to track players with a compass, kind of like Minecraft Manhunt. They can track players for 1 minute every 5 minutes. The map is a 500x500 world border, with a stronghold below its center. Like Secret Life, you cannot regenerate health in any way. PvP is always on, excluding the first session. Also you will respawn at your HC like a bed.

this was definitely one of my favourite seasons

This season felt the most random (and not necessarily in a bad way). The first and last sessions don't feel like they were from the same season, the tone shifted so much across the season.

Every time my friend asks my fav life series it’s SO HARD, I just say all of them, but truely it is the most recent series there just better and better and I love re-re-rewatching all of the episodes. And from different POV’s 👌 👌, so thank you grian ❤

The Secret life series was fantastic! I was trying to watch everyones perspective, because we can see they are acting strange on one person's perspective but we don't know why, so I had to know why and watch another person's perspective. Every event was one big domino effect, loved it xD. I feel as if it does bring out everyones personally out there more because they are trying to finish their task and it requires you to be more socal, as you see in the second episode everyone gathered together in pearl's mound, scar was being Pearl's hypeman and bringing people to pearl and also Jimmy had to move into pearls house because he needed her to kick him out, so it created a event of everyone gathering together. This series is a wonderful masterpiece of the hermits :)

That was the best season so far. The idea to have 17 secret tasks to fulfill at each episode makes it so much more interesting. And special mention to your « interaction with the endermen » in the End. Now I now I must never bring dirt there.

Just want to drop this here to say that this series made for some outstandingly entertaining videos. The social dynamic the premise creates is constantly engaging, captivating and, well, dynamic. The effects of the gamemode are so wonderfull I have to wonder how much of it was intended/anticipated, and how much only showed when it was put to the test. Hats off, Grian and everybody else involved. If one of the Life™ variations was to make a return this would be the prime candidate for me.

The hilarious bits in the life series have me crying from laughter. From the "aha!" bit and the "My diamonds are right here!" bit from last life (i think) to the "bad boys" bit in limited life to the puns in secret life (and the other life seasons)

now that this is out, im sensing a new life series, i had a idea for the next one, team life. the players are split in 2 teams. this team has lives equal to 3 times the players in the team. once their is 1 life per person on the team, the team falls apart and everyone goes solo. there is a traitor every session who has to leave the team and make their own team. however, traitors are not forced to join in this 3rd faction. loved the series
