#1 best candida remedy for me was borax. Yes, the white box from the laundry aisle, 7 mule. Start with a tiny pinch a day. If you’re too scared to start- a lot of folks are freaked out by the idea of swallowing laundry powder- you can add borax to a hot detox bath with Epsom salt (magnesium) & baking soda. Best relaxing bath right before bedtime. 2nd best candida treatment for me was food grade diatomaceous earth. (FGDE). Make sure you have activated charcoal or some other sort of binder on hand to mop up the toxins/minimize side effects. To beat candida, you should avoid antibiotics; avoid sugars, junk food, soda (inc alcohol); and overall, try to eat a healthier organic diet.

Not a big fan at all, it destroys good bacteria, aggravates the immune system, what would you be using it for? Viruses or parasites?
