Sir kindly give me some tips . first of all I want to thank of you for thus great contribution . today I take first lecture and I want to confirm .can it helps me clear the CSS exams. Is the IL same for all countries, because I am from Pakistan .please tell me.

First thing is that International law almost same for all the countries. But still it will be good for you to have look at your syllabus and prepared accordingly. Best of luck.
