Great video Chris. One of the few showing the details of a grudge bike. I remember you showing your clutch setup in the pits years ago when people thought you were running a hand slider. Definitely one of the best racers in the game.

Funny and really cool story... My 17 yr old son was sort of self conscious because he's thin...he would say "dad, im skinny".. I told him Hes perfect and to help his confidence i bought him an older Hayabusa that we could work on as a father/son project... I taught him to weld and stretch it and wire it... Then we found YOU!... My son got alot more confidence and inspiration... Thank you Chris...really cool. Keep being you.

@@TeamMooreMafia I can't wait till your stupid lack of safety rules kills a rider and maybe a Spectator or two...as one of your pro street boies was telling me what a bunch of sissies us NHRA pro stock folks are for using drag slicks and wheelie bars to make your bike go fast. As he claimed you guys go fast without wheelies bars and drag slicks using street tires after you do enough burn outs to grind the tread down for more traction ..what a moron thinking that's what it's all about .... #1 the drag slicks are made for getting hot in a hurry and be consistent at the same time with consistent traction ..a very important safety feature ! #2 street tires were never made to do burnouts getting them too hot and then racing them past the speeds they are rated for ..as doing so causes the plies to separate and the high milage rubber compounds layered with soft compound edges with high silcone content with the tires worn half way gone will not ever be consistent 100% of the time causing complete instability of no traction to instant traction to totally out of control #3 there is a myth about wheelies bars making vehicles go faster is very faults ..as they add more weight and produce a considerable amount if drag when bike lifts and the rollers on the ends of wheelie bars connect with the track. But it keeps from launching the motorcycle straight up and air born only to become a yard dart then diving straight back down into the track or worse smashing the rider like popping a tomato #4 drag racing without these two safety features is just as dangerous as no helmet , gloves, leathers , or boots ..so to show off how macho you mafia bikers think you are claiming as one of your own told me how bad ass you are not using drag slicks or wheelie bars to go fast .... let's require the riders to wear only a bandana KD sunglasses tee shirt , Hawaiian shorts and flip-flops ..... And by the way it was just a few weeks ago one of your own in less than 1/2 of a second experienced almost exactly what I just said will happen ..but the bike just missed smashing him like a tomato 🍅 into soup ..but give it time as bad habits never last very long on fast motorcycles ..and be prepared for extra capacity for the spectators may double the crowd, it just like at Indy when in the sixties cars were going fast enough to exploded like fire bombs launching parts of the cars in flames into the grand stands setting the spectators on fire 🔥 as alcohol was the desired fuel that could not be detected burning out of control in direct sun light untill you could see it igniting the rubber tires with bright red flames and clouds of black smoke burning the drivers still alive and screaming to death along with the spectators in the stands on fire soaked with alcohol and covered with burning bits of rubber tires while others were smashed flat with wholes tires and wheels on fire !.. as i witnessed the whole thing directly in front of me ,standing in the snake pit turn one of the infield at the Indy 500 when we had the big one of1967 ...that took out almost the field of 33 cars and driver's and several siting in the stands outside turn one at the very start the green flag dropped ...and record crowds showed up the following years waiting to see it all happen again like most do today I the world of drag racing big daddy Don was the first to experience a blow over in his top fuel double "A" dragster and then there are the funny car drivers who helped to organized the NHRA safety Safari and with Terry Vance of and Hines created NHRA PRO STOCK motorcycle drag racing for the very first time ..as Terry went on to develop the Suzuki's to what they are today ...and he didn't kill anyone to do it ....so i suppose since one of your own told me NHRA pro stock riders are sissies that makes you pro mafia bikers riding Suzuki Hayabusa that must be sissy bikes also as Vance and Hines still are in business building the hayabusas for all classes of drag racing ...and if you try and ride your sissy bikes against the NHRA Vance and Hines / Harley Davidson screamin' eagle pro stock racing team you will most likely get your asses stomped by Harley Davidson who owns the world championship for pro stock ten years in a row against the Vance & Hines Suzuki hayabusas and doing it with NO NOS , NO Hair driers , no blowers , no nitro ...but only gasoline carbs or injectors turn the 1320 in 6 sec. @ 200 mph about the same as a lot of inconsistent pro street wannabees 😂😂😂😂😂

Really cool and informative video. I got a few questions about the bike. Do you guys ever run a flat slick on cash is king? Does a turbo bike consume more fuel than a nitrous bike?

So we run an Ethanol based fuel like E85 so it consumes way more than normal gasoline. It burns over a half gallon per pass! We have ran a slick before. We like the street tire better on most good prep tracks. On a less than stellar race track, the slick is better.

Hey Chris great video, I have a couple of questions, on the turbo bikes whats the nitrous for and is the stand alone worth the money if you don't have a $50,000 or more bike?

The nitrous bottle on the turbo bikes is a high psi air source for the boost controller. On most of them the nitrous does not go into the motor.
