Crazy how far things have exploded in the last 15 years. Back when I was regularly on 2 wheels, there was maybe, MAYBE 5 guys in the world running 400 horses on a street bike, and that was unbelievably insane.

As always a Good video... I run a couple bikes at a lower level. But I like to know about all the things that go into the bikes you build. Like many of us out here. I'd have to win the lottery to put something like that together. And that's if I could keep my winning a secret from my wife...

Great video on an incredible bike. If you consider what some bikes can cost just from the factory. You are getting a hell of a lot of bike here for $40k

I’m currently building an 04 ZX-10.... it will be north of 400hp on the bottle..... probably 500 hp after ignition and maxx ecu upgrade. Like Chris said there is a lot more that goes into this then people think. I’m going to make the power because I watched the internet for 6 months every day multiple times a day for a particular generation head.... you can save money on these builds if you keep an eye on the used market.... I got a zero issue aluminum Hickman arm that will get me out to 77 inches for $800 shipped.... the only thing on this bike that I did not get used was the motor parts in the bottom end..... but you gotta be really careful with used stuff. A buddy sold me well over a grand in a progressive, O2, ignition module, ect ect for a few hundred bucks.... turn key electronics system... so it helps to know people also

I wish someone would design a efi carb kit for carbureted bikes. Something like they have for muscle cars. If not I have a design ive been working on for 2 years. Maybe once i retire in the next two years i could push a few out to see what other think.

@bdog_fleming8164 жыл бұрын
Just curious, do you need to have the 6mm crank to support the 3mm piston kit? Been wanting to get a piston kit for mine aswell just trying not to hurt it in the process!😮 great video!🙌
@TeamMooreMafia4 жыл бұрын
You can upgrade to a 3mm piston with the stock crank no problem.
@que174034 жыл бұрын
You said the pistons and crank was again I’m on the process of building a nice lil street riding bike do some street racing a lil
@RealLife733 жыл бұрын
That combination won’t last street riding. Look into doing a 2mm piston kit (1042cc) and maybe a lightweight crank (stock stroke).

I have a wrecked 2017 GSXR1000 and honestly don't have the time to work on it. I've bought most of the parts to fix it. Would you consider giving me an estimate on repair, dyno and flashing the ecu? I really like your guys work and feel you're very transparent.
@builtdifferent-tv51582 жыл бұрын
Where are you located As long as you don’t want a stupid wild build I can take care of you at my shop I don’t tune or anything of that nature I use Chris for that but I can definitely get your bike back up and goin all you would have to do is bring it to Chris when the bike is ready for tuning
